The Smart Technology Research Centre brings together the University’s existing expertise and synergy in the areas of computational intelligence, cognitive systems, robotics, psychology, computer science and electronics.
The primary aim of the research is the investigation and development of smart systems and devices providing seamless integration of information for, among others, innovative technology driven services, intelligent analysis of information from large corporate databases and reduction of operational costs of industrial processes
