Xfi is a research and teaching institute, launched in 2002 and housed in a purpose-designed building for professional learning in finance at the University of Exeter. It works with practitioners in the financial services industry by providing research, conferences and seminars, consulting and advanced training programmes that meet their needs.
Xfi is a unique thinking space for exceptional talents in the field of finance and investment. Finance research at Exeter is characteristically collaborative and empirical in nature. Xfi continues in this tradition, building its research themes around the performance of financial markets, closely tuned to both the current preoccupations and future changes in the global finance industry.
