The Centre for Research in Strategic Purchasing and Supply (CRiSPS) was established in November 1994, it is a leading academic research centre in its field, in a global context.
CRiSPS' objectives are as follows:
An important part of the culture of the Centre is the constant interplay between academics and practitioners. The majority of research at CRiSPS is conducted in collaboration with governmental, industrial and commercial partners. This research is aimed at developing practical models, methods, and tools that may be used by both public and private sector managers to improve their understanding of and expertise in purchasing and supply.
