Book a Meeting Room

We have three meeting rooms available for you to book for meetings.

These are provided free of charge to any regional HEIs or for regional HE projects.  A nominal charge to cover our expenses is charged to other organisations. 

A flipchart, screen, projector and laptop can be arranged for you (subject to availability).

Tea, coffee and water are provided.  We can also provide details of local caterers if you require them.

The Boardroom - On the lower-ground floor, this room seats 20 boardroom style. 

The Lower Ground Meeting Room - On the lower-ground floor, this room seats 12 boardroom style.

The Meeting Room - On the ground floor, this room seats 8 boardroom style.
