UWE yesterday hosted a visit by the South African High Commissioner, Dr Lindiwe Mabuza, aimed at showcasing the work of the region’s higher education institutions and looking at future collaborations with South Africa.
The Southwest Peninsula Clinical Research Collaboration, a partnership between Peninsula Medical School, NHS South West and the Universities of Exeter and Plymouth, has been awarded a £20 million grant.
