Established the Tribe programme at the University of Bath, the Talent Development Centre, the Women's football programme and currently focuses on the development of sporting pathways in participation and gifted and talented strands.
Attended the International Olympic Academy, Olympia in 2008, the Malaysian National Olympic Academy and Japanese Olympic Exchange in 2009 and is an advisor to the British Olympic Foundation.
Delivers the Community Classrooms strand within the Sports pathway of RELAYS.
